Ride in a penguin's head Discovered by: Connie at CGS Exciting-ness scale: 2 out of 10 Does it work? --> Confirmed. It works. Go to Snowman's Land and climb through the area. Now, get to where the large snowman is blowing at you and the penguin is walking around. Wait for him to get near you, and then backflip onto him. You're now riding on top of him, and sort of through him. Now, if you inch off his head a little bit, you'll fall but catch yourself, and hang over him (like when you almost fall off an edge and hang off of it). You will be in the penguin's head, with only your hat poking out as a signal to the Mario inside. Go back to the top

Fall through the castle walls Discovered by: Unknown... old legendary Mario glitch Exciting-ness scale: 7 out of 10 Does it work? --> Confirmed. It works. After you have gotten the 120 stars, shoot yourself to the top of the castle. Now, get the winged hat and jump back down, as close to the cannon as you can. Be sure not to get hurt, or to get healed really quickly, because this glitch takes about half of your life. Now, jump into the cannon and shoot yourself as high as you can go. Now, fly over to the castle, to the high small red area close to the peak of the castle. Land on this area and try running or jumping through the wall. Be careful not to fall backwards. You will quickly go through the wall and fall down to inside the walls of the castle, to where you can use the door, but you are not actually in the castle or the outdoors. To exit, walk through the wall on the castle side, or backflip out of it on the castle side. Go back to the top

Pop through a grate Discovered by: Wilma and Connie at CGS, and Nathan Smith Exciting-ness scale: 2.5 out of 10 Does it work? --> Confirmed. It works. Go to Big Boo's Haunt. Now, find the red grated elevator that takes you down to the basement with a lot of water. Start up the elevator by stepping on it. Now, before you reach the bottom, jump off of the elevator and run under it. It will keep on going down and then smash Mario. However, Mario won't get hurt - he'll just sort of "pop" through the elevator. You can easily run out of it. Once inside the elevator, you can get further things to happen. If you crawl, you will end up on top of the grating but make a weird splashing noise and see a splashing below the elevator. If you crawl into the wall, you will sometimes end up in a vertical position as if you were crawling upwards. Sometimes you will go into the wall and sometimes you will even fall apart; Mario's head will end up on his back. Try to experiment! Go back to the top

Dead in a cannon Discovered by: Unknown... old legendary Mario glitch Exciting-ness scale: 6 out of 10 Does it work? --> Confirmed. It works. Go to Wet-Dry world (or that place where the water level differs). Jump into the level with a high jump (either a sideways flip or one of the woo-woohoo-waha things) so that the water level starts out high. Now, swim over to the cannon above the water. It's near a corner of the level, and is on a jutting-out platform. Jump in. Now, aim the cannon at the sun and place it as high as you can from the center of it. Shoot out. If you did it correctly, you will bash into the invisible ceiling, hit the ground and lose half of your life, and slide into the cannon. Repeat this one more time and you will have no life, but be in the cannon. Shoot yourself anywhere... once you land, you will immediately die. If you shoot yourself into the water, you will drown. If you shoot yourself into the one-up in the tunnel you'll die but gain a life, but then lose a life from your death. Funny stuff. Go back to the top

Shortcut through the stairway Discovered by: Unknown... old legendary Mario glitch Exciting-ness scale: 2 out of 10 Does it work? --> Confirmed. It works. Go to the first stairwell, that leads from the main floor to the upper floor. Stand a bit aways from the brick wall to the right of the stairs, before going on the stairs. Now, do a sideways flip into the wall. If done correctly, you will bash into the wall but then hold onto the top and pull yourself through the ceiling. You will end up at the top of the stairs. What a useless shortcut. Go back to the top
