Get baby Mario stuck Discovered by: Wilma at CGS Exciting-ness scale: 1.5 out of 10 Does it work? --> Confirmed. It works. You can sometimes get baby Mario stuck so that Yoshi can't reach and save him. One of these areas is in Bowser's castle. Once you go past Kamek, try to gain access to door 4, which has many coins and the ground moving up and down. Go on one of these platforms, preferably one that is a peak. Get hit by a ghost. Now, go on the other side of the area of the ground and lick baby Mario over or hit him with eggs. You want to get him sort of positioned on the peak (where Yoshi is standing in the second picture) when it's down, so when it moves up, his bubble will go through the ground. He will become stuck under it and you won't be able to reach him. You just have to wait for Kamek's people to come and take baby Mario away... how fun. You can actually get Mario back if you're nimble. You have to wait for Kamek's people to grab him and take him through the ground and then take him back. Go back to the top

Invisible Yoshi and badguys Discovered by: Wilma at CGS Exciting-ness scale: 5 out of 10 Does it work? --> Confirmed. It works. This may really mess up your game, so be very careful. Go to level 2-7: Lakitu's Wall. Now, go through the level. Eat as many large shy guys as you can to get large eggs. Keep on going through the level until you get to the last saving point with the information box guy and the bubble that turns you into a car. Now, go under the information box and aim a large egg upwards but don't throw it. Now, jump and shoot the egg up before you hit the block. Your head will hit the block, so push B. But, the egg will hit the block at about the same time and the screen will start flashing. Different things happn for different games. The colors may get messed up and the message will become unreadable and stuck to the screen. Hit B a couple of times to clear the message and voila! Almost all the sprites may disappear - such as Yoshi, the car bubble, any ? clouds, badguys, or the end goal. You may only see coins and the background (with the twinkly star thingies) may take over as a layer of the foreground. You can still go through the level. I don't think you can shoot eggs. If your sprites disappear, It will be hard to continue onwards, because you won't know where the badguys are, but you can guess. If you get to the end and jump through the ending gate, the game may freeze and the screen may go black. I don't reccommend finishing the level like this, because it may hurt your game. However, some versions of the game do not freeze or lose the sprites, but instead get a strange message box that's orange without any of the tan triangles around the border. Go back to the top

Balloon weirdness Discovered by: Wilma at CGS Exciting-ness scale: 2 out of 10 Does it work? --> Confirmed. It works. Go to the level "Don't Look Back" (I think level 4-3). Get to the end of the level and go to the area with the large balloon that you blow up. If you stand next to the balloon and hop lightly on the very left edge of the pump and then fall off, it will make a noise as if you are pumping the balloon, but neither the pump nor balloon will move. Even if you do this repeatedly, the balloon will not fill with air. Now, pump up the balloon to its largest and let it fly. If you run under it, on the land below it, and jump and hover up right under it, you will go inside of it and then somehow hop through it to the top. This is useful if you fall off at the beginning of the ride and want to get back on. Go back to the top

Walk in a goomba Discovered by: Wilma at CGS Exciting-ness scale: 2 out of 10 Does it work? --> Confirmed. It works. Go to a level with goombas in it. Now, jump on it so it gets squished flat. Ride it for a while and then run off the screen and run back and jump on the goomba. When you jump on it, it should still be flat. After a couple of tries of running away and then back, when you jump on the goomba, it should return to its normal size. While it does this, Yoshi will be standing inside of the goomba for a second or so. Then, Mario will be repelled off and you'll have to go catch him. Go back to the top

Kill shy guys without moving Discovered by: Wilma at CGS Exciting-ness scale: 2 out of 10 Does it work? --> Confirmed. It works. Go to a level that has a slope and then a pipe where shy guys pop out if you don't have six eggs. Now, close to the pipe, but on the slope so that you're above the pipe, stomp, and hold the down button. You will be in your funny looking stomp position. Now, sit there and wait. Shy guys will jump out and walk up to you and die. This only works with some slopes... if you're level with or below the shy guys, you get hurt doing this. Go back to the top
