If you use the Grapple Beam right as Crocomire falls in, you will grapple beam under the level. When you release, you'll fall through 2 times and land on the same screen in mid air, taking damage. You cannot get out, and you will have to die or restart your game. If you X-ray here, though, the results will be very strange.

If you use a Shinespark at Chronomire, the reflections at the end going up and down will leave definative streaks of marks, showing him getting "hurt".

Weird Draygon kill

If you get hit by Draygon's slowing down goo and start to run, you can build up a shinespark and then shinespark into him for damage. If you do this to kill him, there will be a free shinespark, for your usage at any time.

Green Gate glitch

If you run at a green gate from the left side and shoot a Super Missle right before you reach it, the door has a good chance of opening. This glitch only works if you come from the right side of the gate and the button is on the other side.

Do the reset glitch and reset your game (after saving). Once you restart your game, you'll start from the beginning of the game with all your items. Shoot Crocomire with a charged Charge+Ice+Wave+Plasma shot. He will flash, and during this time you can jump and Morphball at the top of Crocomire and get behind him. This will make him go off the edge, killing him very quickly.
