Do the get items early glitch to get the super missles early. Now with the super missles, play the game as normal ignoring the Spore battle. Once you get at least 15 Super Bombs, 15 Super Missles, and 15 Missles (refilled to max), head back to the room outside the room that the Spore battle super missles are in. Get your energy down below 49, and try and find the block to break. Morph ball in, and go to the edge and perform the Crystal Flash move. You'll end up in a crouching position. Simply fire a super missle and morphball inside. You have now skipped that entire battle.

If you use the get items early glitch to get the super missles early, you can exit that Spore Spawn missle room early just by shooting the door with the super missles.

Early Wave Beam

Go to the room before the Wave Beam. If you go to the wall at the right edge and wall jump in the right spot, it's quite easy just to skip over that little jutting-out part of the ledge. Quite a big overlook.

Get missles early

Go to the room that has the Lava Seahorses, and the missles in the top left with the green gate right by it. Make sure you have the Icebeam and the Highjump boots. If you go to the top right, there will be a spider-like monster that jumps around. Lure him over to the missles, and at the peak of his jump, freeze him. Now have Samus jump and try to wall jump off of him. If you can't reach, then lure him a bit more to the right or left and try again. I don't recommend doing this, as the grapple beam is the next item you'll get and this is very hard to do.

Detach Crocomire's legs

Do the reset glitch and reset your game (after saving). Once you restart your game, you'll start from the beginning of the game with all your items. Once you get into the battle with Crocomire, use the Grappling Beam on him and you'll detach his legs from him (and his tongue if it's out).
