Go through a wall
Discovered by: Ian at CGS
Exciting-ness scale: 4? out of 10
Does it work? --> Unconfirmed. We'll check soon.

Go to Pinna Park under a normal level where you can go around the place (like the Yoshi-go-Round level). Go into the main area and the pool where you fought Mecha-Bowser. Then turn right. There should be an area with platforms that turn when you stomp them or fire water at them. Find the two horizontal ones. Position yourself near the back of them and make the platform spin you into the wall. Tons of stars will fly out and you will be wedged in the wall! It is easy to get out.

Before unlocking Pinna Park, you can ground-pound through the islander into the red cannon at the edge of Delfino Plaza.

Bad reflection

Does it work? --> Confirmed. It works.

Go to Gelato Beach. Find the nearby civilian who gives you the sunglasses and tropical shirt and talk to him to get them. Now, go to one of the large, rotating, circular, mirror-like towers by the house. Jump up on it and look at your reflection... your reflection will have the tropical shirt on, but not the sunglasses!

Mario has on some sunglasses, although his reflection doesn't seem to show this.

Fall through Delfino Plaza

Does it work? --> Confirmed. It works.

This is easiest if you get on Yoshi (although it's still somewhat difficult). Go to where you enter Delfino Plaza in the beginning (by the statue). Now, turn around and go to the left edge of the building to the left of the water fountain (see screenshot). Now, spin jump if on Yoshi (rotate the control stick and A) and try to hit the close edge of the roof. If you're not on Yoshi, you'll have to do a combination of triple jumps, wall kicks, and hovering. You want to just barely land on the edge of the roof, so that you go through it. This will take several tries.

Once you're below Delfino Plaza, there are a couple of things you need to worry about. First of all, JUMP! Repeatedly. If you stay on the ground for a couple of seconds, then you'll spontaneously die. Weird. Also, beware of the underground tunnels that lead into the manholes. If you run into one while exploring, then you'll go into it and end up in a normal non-glitchy area. You can go to lots of cool places with this glitch. If you can make it to the water, then you'll be able to walk underwater. Yoshi can do it too... but if you jump too high, you'll land on the water and Yoshi will die. This is useful for bringing Yoshi to that pipe in island in the middle of the water.

Messed up squid race

Go to the squid race in Ricco Harbor. Now, choose a squid - this is easier to do on the medium or fast ones (yellow and pink). It may not be possible to do it on the green one... Race like normally until you get to the orange cones. Now, right when you pass the cones, don't make the turn to the right, but instead jump over the short wall in front of you. It will bring you through a shortcut close to the end of the race. After gliding over the wall, turn to the left to reach the goal. But, when you pass the goal, nothing will happen - you'll keep on racing. If you run into another squid, you'll end up on that one and the one you were on will disappear. You can keep on racing around and around, the goal will not register for some reason.
