Look for a row of houses with a fence between them, with a porch in the middle of the fence. Walk close to porch and you will be in the square area of grass between the houses. It's a large area but there is no escape once you go through - as far as we know. Go back to the top

Grab a fast car and drive all the way from one end of the map to the other on interstate 10. Don't stop for anything. When you reach the other side of the map, the game will freeze. From then on, the pop-up rate is horrendous and the game is really slowed down. Go back to the top

Run towards a guard rail on any highway, jump at it, and the guard rail will magically pass through half of Nick but not injure him. You can run all the way through any guard rail like this.
