Go to Mystic Marsh. Do the challenge in which you must chase and headbutt the four dingo thieves. Leave the thief that dives in the underwater cave until last. When you headbutt the other three and start chasing that one, make sure you only headbutt it underwater. Now, you'll get to the part where you're given the orb. Except, instead of standing there, you'll be swimming in midair while he's talking! Now, when he stops, you can swim around wherever you like within the boundaries of this level! So in other words, it's like you're flying, except you're underwater. Be warned, you can't talk to anyone while swimming. Also, touching the ground will end the glitch.
