Get an unlimited amount of gold skulltulas

Does it work? --> Confirmed. It works.

Go to where you woke the guy up using the cuckoo, outside the entrance to the castle; it's outside the area where you have to sneak through hiding from guards to meet princess Zelda. There should be a tree straight down from where he was. Play the Song of Storms in front of it and a secret grotto will open. Drop down into it. There will be a couple walls you can bomb, and inside one is a gold skulltula. Kill it, then make sure you are close to the platform that takes you out of the grotto. Use your boomerang to grab the token and before it gets back to you, backflip onto the platform. You will be given credit for collecting the token, and when you go back down, the skulltula will still be there! You can repeat this over and over and get an infinite amount of gold skulltulas.

Get a lot of bottles

Does it work? --> Confirmed. It works.

You can get more than six bottles by equipping a bottle in one of your C-buttons and then swinging it at a fish. When you are in the middle of swinging it, pause the game and put something else in the bottle's slot (something you don't mind losing). If you catch the fish, the item you switched it with will become a bottle!

Geez... look at all these bottles!

Indestructible deku sticks

Does it work? --> Unconfirmed. We'll check soon.

As young Link, take out a deku stick. Then jump of a cliff, or a fence, or anything on a higher elevation than the ground, and swing the stick into a wall. Make sure you are not Z-targeting. The stick will break, but it will remain in your hands as an indestructible club! A couple of problems, though - swimming, or using holdable items (other than the ocarina) will make it go away. Also, it can only do some strokes, so it can not cut grass, or kill some enemies like the completely vertical Deku babas.

I can hit this wall, and nothing bad will happen

Unstoppable Epona running in circles
Discovered by: Connie of CGS

Does it work? --> Confirmed. It works.

Go to Lon Lon Ranch as young Link. Now, stand a little bit away from Malon and play Epona's song. Run slowly around Malon, but not too close to her. Epona will chase after you. Don't let her catch up to you, but don't let her lose sight of you. After a little bit of running, you will realize that Epona's no longer chasing you. Back away, and you'll see her running in an elliptical orbit around Malon. Playing Epona's song will not bring her to you. You have to leave and return to regain control over Epona.

Unstoppable Epona running into the gate

Does it work? --> Confirmed. It works.

Go to Lon Lon Ranch as young Link. Go to Epona and play Epona's Song. Now, run outside of the fenced part of the ranch, and make sure that she's following you. Go at least a quarter of the way around the ranch. Now, you can let her stop following you. She will try to run back to Malon, but will be blocked by the fence. She will keep on running into the fence forever and ever. Playing Epona's song again won't help, you have to leave and then return to the area to fix her. If you don't get her to follow you far enough, she will run into the fence and slowly slide to the entrance until she gets to it and then runs through it.
