Start off in water for a second or two

To do this glitch, simply kill yourself by falling or sliding off a
cliff
into the water. For some reason, being in water will kill you. Click
continue and when it starts up again, the game will flash a couple of
times
with you lying down in the water before going back to land where you
last
saved.
