Cheat Out the Mabe Village Store Submitted by: Richie Sauer Exciting-ness scale: 3? out of 10 Does it work? --> Unconfirmed. Please tell us if it works. Purchase something big (The Bow - 980 rupees). Give it to the clerk, and as soon as the text box disappears (saying you got the bow), and before all of your rupees decrease, bring up the save screen and Save & Quit. Restart the game and select the file you saved. You will have most of you rupees still (depending on how low the rupee counter was when you saved it). Go back to the top

Please tell us if it works. Grab anything, like a bomb, and open the start menu, pressing START. Then, press START again and right when the menu is going down, throw the thing you were holding. You will hear a very noisy sound, which will continue until you reopen the start menu. Go back to the top

Get the power gloves early Submitted by: Thor Exciting-ness scale: 5? out of 10 Note: This only works on the older (black and white) versions of the game. Does it work? --> Unconfirmed. Please tell us if it works. First, get into Glitch world #1. Go right using a Screen warp. You should not fall into the water if you did it correctly. Now move right and you should have the power gloves early! Getting out is a lot more complex. Go back left, then move about one square left. Now screen warp down. Go down a screen, left a screen, and then you have to screen warp in between the two pillars on the next screen. Now move so that you are about half on the wooden post on the left side of the door. Screen warp down again. Beware, you only have one chance at this. If you do it right, you should end up near the staircase. Now go down the stairs. If you go back up the stairs and south, you'll notice that everything is back to normal. Go back down the stairs again. Go down two screens, and you'll be outside. Go to the left, and screen warp right. Make sure you are near the bottom of that screen or you'll be inside the canyon. Go right and go through the caves. If you fall through a hole, go back out and try again. Once you're done with that, go to the lower part of the cliff that you're on. Go left, and screen warp right twice. Sometimes you won't be able to - if this is the case, try everything over again. Also, if mess up, you'll be stuck. Now go left, and go all the way to the left side of the screen. Screen warp down. You should be on top of some trees, so jump down. Again, sometimes you can't jump down, so if that's the case, reset. Now you'll be right next to a chest, open it, and you also have the key to the Talon Cave! You can repeat this whole process to get unlimited level power gloves! Go back to the top
