To do this, have no graveyards whatsoever, a flourishing town, and two breeders. Have a guy and a girl be breeders, and then wait nine months. At this point, pick up the guy who mated with the woman, and throw him into the water, preferably not too far off shore. When he's in the water, quickly pick lightning and cast it on him. He should be a skeleton in the water, standing up. Now, take the same girl, and place her near the shore. She should start walking out to him and mourning on water.
