Awards

Here are the awards that the Center for Glitch Studies has won.

First place in the 2004 Mid-Atlantic Web Accessibility Contest

This one was really surprising for me, it was so awesome when I found out that the Center for Glitch Studies won number 1! It was put in several local newspapers, on their site, and I got a nifty digital camera. Here's the press release (edited with *s a bit for safety purposes):

Wilma *** has been named the 2004 winner of the student design division of the Mid-Atlantic Web Accessibility Contest. Currently a student at *** High School in ***, Wilma designed a Web site dedicated to the study of glitches in video game programming, according to a news release from the contest.

Her winning site can be viewed at http://users.erols.com/bainbri/glitch [note: this is the old URL]

Yoshiville Cool Site Award

This is the cutest award ever!! So, yeah, maybe I have some connections... but... well, seems like a valid award and I'm very proud of it. :-)
Yay, I got a Yoshiville award!

2003-2004 Golden Web Award

I entered this contest, and I received an award - yay! I'm not very sure about the credibility of this award, but here it is!
